RESIDENT CRAFTS PEOPLE

Amberley Museum is home to a number of resident craftspeople.
They use Amberley as a centre to continue their time-honoured, traditional skills. By continuing to produce high-quality traditional work on site, they are perpetuating what is at the very core of the Museum; they maintain the importance of local industrial heritage within society today.

Our resident craftspeople:

Spread across the 36 acre site, the Museum is home to:

Blacksmith

Foundry Man

Potter

Walking-Stick Maker

Broom-Maker

Stained Glass Maker

Visitors are welcome to watch them at work, and ask them questions about their crafts. For further information on any of the craftspeople, simply click on the relevant selection from the menu to the left.
