Carers, children ages 0-3 and dogs are all welcome free of charge.

Amberley Museum is an independent museum and registered charity that receives no Goverment or Local Authority funding. The museum therefore depends heavily on donations to support its work.

If you are a UK tax payer, by adding a 10% donation on top of your standard admission admission price
we can claim Gift Aid from the Government of 25% on the whole ticket.

Gift Aid Admission

The Museum is a registered charity and relies on a volunteer workforce.

Demonstrations and transport services are subject to the availability of volunteer operators and self-employed crafts people.
 
The buses and trains are free on site and run from 11am to 4pm subject to volunteer availability, lighting and weather conditions.
 
Dogs are welcome and must be kept on a short lead, but please note they are not permitted in the cafe buildings.
 
Most exhibition areas are accessible by wheelchair however the nature trails may be unsuitable due to slopes and steps. Please see our  Accessibility Page  or call the Museum Office for further information
