Welcome to the Website of Amberley Working Museum! Amberley Working Museum is a 36 acre open-air museum dedicated to the industrial heritage of the south-east. Staffed largely by volunteers, the Museum contains a wide range of exhibits, ranging from transport-based collections, such as the Southdown bus collection & the village garage, to industry-based collections, such as the Print Workshop & Wheelwrights. The Museum is also home to a number of resident craftspeople, who work to traditional methods. |

A host of special events are scheduled to be held throughout the year. The details of which are shown on a month-by-month basis under 'Special Events' in the sidebar. The public wll gain normal entry to these events but those wishing to exhibit a vehicle are required to complete an entry/application form prior to the event. Applications will close on the Friday, 2 weeks prior to the event date. Santa 2008: The Santa Experience will be available again during the closed season of 2008. This has proved to be very popular event with children (of all ages), who enjoy the fun and festivities.
