Our commitment to sustainability
We want to bring the best food in the local areas into our catering outlets, through the development of strong links to local producers within a 30-mile radius of the museum, supporting the local economy. We will encourage consumption of seasonal produce and ‘in season’ ingredients for our catering outlets.
