Booking and Prices
Admission fees for 2024
Allows access to the whole of the Museum site, lunch space and a train ride.
Child (aged under 16): £7.00
Student (aged 16+): £9.50
Accompanying Adults within ratio*; one-to-one staff: Free
Additional adults: £9.50
*Groups must bring enough adults to fulfil the following adult-child ratio: EYFS-KS1 1:5; KS2 1:8; KS3+ 1:10. You are welcome to bring additional adults, but these will be chargeable.
For state and private mainstream school visits, we operate a minimum charge of 20 children (at the appropriate rate for your age group).
Additional Costs
Half-day school workshops (per 32 pupils): £45.00
Heritage bus ride (per 32 pupils, according to availability): £30.00
High voltage demonstration (per 16 pupils, according to availability): £20.00
