Enjoy a day exploring Amberley Museum, with drop-in activities and experiences specially for home-educating families.
Things to do will include:
- High-voltage electricity demonstrations
- Vintage bus rides
- Sending a telegram
- Hand-printing a memento
- Creative STEM trail ‘Inventions that changed the world’
There will also be a dedicated chill-out space open all day, with games, puzzles and books to read. With train rides available throughout the day, and our varied nature trails, there is something for all ages and interests.
Entry to this event is at our learning prices of:
Child (under 5s) Free
Child (5-16) £6.50
Adult £9 per adult
This event is not pre-bookable – so just turn up!

Extra Information
Amberley Museum is located in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Often referred to as multiple museums in one, the Museum has over 20 exhibition areas.
The Limeburners Cafe will be open for lunches and snacks, ice creams and hot drinks are also available. There are also outdoor picnic areas.
Well behaved dogs on short leads are welcome.
